I understand that the decision to engage the services of a consultant is a big step and one that can come with a few doubts in terms of pricing and how it’s going to work out in the long run.

Should you engage my services, all of the work I will carry out is conducted on a contingent basis, which means my fees are calculated as an agreed percentage of the actual reductions you have received. Therefore, in the unlikely event that I am unable to identify any reductions there is no cost to you.
I provide the time and labour to collect and analyse the initial data. These and all other costs are included in my fees.
The standard fees are 50% of the cost reduction identified in the ‘relevant period’, which in the majority of cases is a period of 12-months following implementation.
NJG do not negotiate longer-term contracts without your approval to do so.
I carry out all negotiations and would be your sole point of contact. I do not sub-contract any part of the research and negotiation process.
All the proposed pricing reductions are accompanied with detailed analysis for you to review.
I also provide, after implementation quarterly reconciliations with the same level of analysis to confirm the actual reductions achieved throughout the ‘relevant period’ of cost reduction.
